These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kairos application and the website at kshmr.io (collectively, the "Services"), operated by KSHMR LLC ("KSHMR," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for any activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain all rights to the data and content you enter into the Services ("Your Content"). KSHMR does not claim ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.

Kairos is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health-related information presented by the Services is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., WHOOP, Apple Health, Strava). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. KSHMR is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or infrastructure
• Use the Services to harm or defraud others
